How It Works

From standard container to walk-in freezer

We transform 10ft, 20ft and 40ft shipping containers into fully insulated cold rooms and freezers. Everything is manufactured and pre-installed at our overseas factory, then imported and delivered ready to run.

  1. 01. Design & Specification

    We size your unit to your goods and temperature needs, choosing the right 10ft, 20ft or 40ft container and target set point down to -25°C.

  2. 02. Factory Build & Insulation

    Container walls, floor and ceiling are lined with high-density insulation panels, vapour sealing and food-safe interior finishes.

  3. 03. Refrigeration Pre-Install

    Evaporators, heavy freezer doors, controls and wiring are fitted and factory-tested so your unit arrives cold-ready.

  4. 04. Import & Delivery

    We handle overseas manufacturing and importing into North America, delivering the finished, sealed unit to your site.

  5. 05. Connect & Power On

    You mount the supplied external condenser and connect power. That is the only on-site work — then it is ready to run.
